燃煤型砷中毒伴发皮肤癌之临床特点

摘　　要：目的：探讨燃煤型砷中毒伴发皮肤癌的发病规律及特征。方法：从砷中毒疫区中选择中、重度砷中毒患者172例进行可疑部位皮肤活检，光镜及电镜下分析病理特征，共检出皮肤癌42例，对此42例皮肤癌患者的发病情况、临床特点进行统计分析。结果：中重度砷中毒患者172例中确诊皮肤癌42例（24．4％），其中Bowen病25例（59．5％），鳞癌11例（26．2％），基底细胞癌6例（14．3％），发生在手、足部位的病变占全部病变的64．3％。多发癌灶（两处以上）14例（33．3％）。结论：燃煤型砷中毒伴发皮肤癌为区域性特殊疾病。其发病周期长，发病特点和一般皮肤癌有显著差异。Objective： To discuss the clinical discipline and character of arsemeum - eoneomlttea skin cancer.. Methods： There were 42 skin cancer of biopsy that were taken from patients with moderate and density chronic arsenic poisoning of 172 cases. Analyzing the disease＇s pathological character across light microscope and electron mieroscope and summarizing its clinical pathological peculiarity. Results ： In 42 skin cancers there were 29 Bowen disease（69.0% ） ;8 Squamous - cell cancinoma（ 19.0% ） and 5 Basal - cell carcinoma（ 11.9% ）. Conclusions： Skin cancer by coal burning arseniasis is a especial disease. It has special trait.
