激励型需求侧响应在美国的应用

摘　　要：电力需求侧响应就是运用系统可靠性程序或基于市场的价格去影响需求的时间和水平。按照需求侧所面对的响应信号性质不同,可分为激励型需求侧响应和价格型需求侧响应。目前美国是世界上实施需求侧响应项目最多、种类最齐全的国家。对美国在激励型需求侧响应,包括直接负荷控制、可中断负荷、需求侧投标和回购、容量及辅助服务市场等的项目设计和实施情况做一个全景介绍,以对我国相关工作的开展提供借鉴和参照。Electric power demand response implies the time and level adjustment of demand based on the system reliable programs and market prices, which can derided into nreentive-based demand response and price-based demand reoponse according to different response signals of the demand side. At present, the United States has implemented most demand response programs with the most types. This paper presents an overview on its program design and implementation of incentive-based demand response of directed load contrail, interruptible load, demand-side bidding and capacity and auxillary Service market in USA, in order to cast inspirations and references for related works in China.
