摘 要:目的评价尿沉渣定量分析仪对尿液红细胞的检测效能。方法留取500例住院患者晨尿,分别用UF-50尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜检测尿液中的红细胞。结果尿液红细胞检测以显微镜检查为标准,UF-50尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红细胞阳性率(34%)高于显微镜检查阳性率(31%),二者阳性符合率为63%,阴性符合率为91%。结论尿液中的某些成分会导致尿沉渣分析仪检测结果受到干扰,不能完全代替显微镜检查,但作为一种过筛试验和治疗监控手段,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To study the effect of the UF-50 automated urine microscopy analyzor in measurement of urinary RBC. Methods A total 500 urine samples of inpatients were analyzed by using the UF-50 urinary sediment analysor and microscopic examination respectively. Results The positive rate of RBC in urinary sediments test with UF-50 analysor was 34%, higher than that by microscopic as the standard (31%). Their positive coincidence was 63%. Their negative coincidence 91%. Conclusion The detection of RBC with UF-50 analysor is influenced by certain matter in urinary,which may lead to false resuhs. The automated urinalysis analyzer can not replace the microscopic examination,but it has very important clinical value as a screening and monitoring measure.
