摘  要:目的探讨PET/CT在放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对病理和临床综合检查确诊的178例恶性肿瘤患者行18F-FDGPET/CT全身或局部显像,其中头颈部肿瘤15例,肺癌59例,恶性淋巴瘤21例,骨转移瘤55例,脑瘤4例,结、直肠癌4例,转移性淋巴结20例;分析其PET/CT表现,测量兴趣区标准化摄取最大值(SUVmax),勾画生物靶区,评价肿瘤放疗疗效。结果178例恶性肿瘤患者中新发现淋巴结转移37例;淋巴结伴远处器官转移25例;调整肿瘤的分期62例;勾画生物靶区68例;评估肿瘤放疗后疗效45例;判断放疗后肿瘤残留或复发32例。结论PET/CT在放射治疗应用中具有定性分期准确、勾画生物靶区、判断肿瘤残留、复发和评价疗效等独特优势。Objective To explore the clinical application value of PET - CT in radiotherapy. Methods Whole body or local imaging of 18F -FDG PET/CT were performed to 178 cases with malignant tumors confirmed by pathological study and clinical general examination (15 cases with head and neck tumor, 59 cases with lung cancer, 21 cases with malignant lymphoma, 55 cases with bone metastatic tumor, 4 cases with brain tumor, 4 cases with colorectal cancer and 20 cases with metastatic lymph nodes ) ; their PET/CT manifestations were analyzed, the SUVmax of region of interest measured, biological target volume outlined and the curative effect of tumor radiotherapy evaluated. Result Out of the 178 cases with malignant tumor, 37 cases were newly found to have lymph node metastasis, 25 cases to have lymph nodes metastasis plus distant organ metastasis; the tumor staging of 62 cases were adjusted, the biological target volume of 68 cases outlined and the curative effect after tumor radiotherapy in 45 cases evaluated; 32 cases were determined to have tumor residual or tumor reoccurrence after radiotherapy. Conclusions PET/CT is of unique advantages in accurately deciding the tumor nature and staging, outlining the biological target volume, judging the tumor residual or reoccurrence after radiotherapy and evaluating the curative effect in tumor radiotherapy.
