局部封闭联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗强刺激性药物外渗性损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨局部封闭联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗强刺激性药物外渗性损伤的效果。方法选择强刺激性药物外渗性损伤患者144例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各72例。治疗组用局部封闭联合50％硫酸镁湿敷；对照组只应用50％硫酸镁湿敷。比较2种方法治疗强刺激性药物外渗性损伤的效果。结果与对照组比较，治疗组外渗性损伤治疗效果显著、治愈时间缩短。同一类药物渗出，治疗组的疗效亦显著优于对照组。结论局部封闭联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗强刺激性药物外渗性损伤疗效显著，能迅速减轻患者疼痛，加快外渗药液吸收，有效降低因外渗损伤导致的局部组织坏死。Objective To know the effects of partial elosure combined with MgSO4 hydropathic compress for injury because of highly irritating drugs extravasation, Methods Divided 144 patients with injury because of highly irritating drugs extravasation into the treatment group and the control group randomly, there were 72 cases in each group. 50% MgSO4 was used in the control group, partial closure was used in the treatment group in addition. Compared the medical effects between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the medical effects of injury because of highly irritating drugs extravasation in the treatment group was better. Conclusions Partial closure combined with MgSO4 hydropathic compress is a kind of effective method for patients with injury because of highly irritating drugs extravasation, which can quickly promote absort by surrounding tissue and release pains.
