摘　　要：异噻唑啉酮类衍生物因其广谱的抗菌性而被广泛用于工业生产的诸多领域。本文主要阐述了该类工业杀菌剂的发展历程、主要化合物结构种类、特性、在工业上的应用及微生物对其产生抗药性等方面的研究进展,并对其今后的发展动向做了展望。Many isothiazolone derivatives manifest a broad spectrum of useful properties and have applications in several fields. This review is concerned with recent results of isothiazolone derivatives used as biocides in industrial production, including the process history of isothiazolones, some important active compounds and their properties and characteristics, the scope of application in industry, as well as the microbial resistance mechanism to isothiazolone derivatives. Their developing trends is discussed too.
