摘  要:将Berkovich压针纳米压痕蠕变和单轴拉伸蠕变试验相结合,提出了一种适合于线性黏弹材料泊松比的测试方法,并采用恒定荷载与恒加载速率2种加载模式测试了聚碳酸酯的泊松比。结果表明:在纳米压痕试验的时间尺度内,线性黏弹材料的泊松比可视为不变,其测量值与电阻应变法的试验结果基本一致,二者相差小于7%,其中恒加载速率压痕蠕变的试验结果更为稳定。Combining dynamic nano-indentation using Berkovich tip with tensile creep testing, a new method to measure Poisson' s ratio of linear viscoelastic materials was suggested, and the method was used to measure the Poisson' s ratio of polycarbonate with nano-indentation at a constant indentation loading rate and constant amplitude loading indentation. The results show that Poisson' s ratio can be regarded as constant within the time scale of nano-indentation, the testing value obtained by the presented method is close to the experimental results using electric resistance strain gage, and the average percent error of Poisson' s ratio is less than 7%. The Poisson' s ratio data measured with nano-indentation at a constant in- dentation loading rate is much more accurate than those at constant amplitude loading indentation.
