摘 要:目的研究CFRP筋夹片-粘结型锚具静载锚固性能、疲劳性能及周期荷载性能.方法在充分利用现有分离夹片式锚具及配套张拉设备,避免相关产品二次开发的前提下,提出了一种预应力CFRP筋夹片-粘结型锚具,利用试验对此类锚具系统的静载锚固性能、疲劳性能及周期荷载性能进行研究.结果试验结果表明,锚具各部分能够协同工作,形状保持良好,锚具组装件静载锚固效率系数均超过了0.95,平均值为0.99;各锚具组装件在经受循环疲劳荷载及周期荷载后,锚具夹持区域CFRP筋均未发生破坏,锚具组装件完好,达到了现行适用于钢筋(丝)或钢绞线的规范要求.结论笔者研制的夹片-粘结型锚具能有效地锚固试验中所用的CFRP筋,具有优异的静载锚固性能和良好的动载性能,具有很高的工程应用价值.In order to study the anchoring capacities of the wedge-bond anchorage of CFRP tendons under static loading, fatigue loading and periodic loading, a new wedge-bond anchorage of CFRP tendons was developed under the premise of making full use of the existing wedge-type anchorage and corollary stretching equipment and avoiding secondary development of related products. The anchoring capacities of the new wedge-bond anchorage of CFRP tendon under static loading,fatigue loading and periodic loading were tested. The experimental results show that various parts of the anchorage can work cooperatively and maintain a good shape, the anchorage efficiency coefficients of anchor assembly under static loading are more than 0. 95, the average value is 0. 99. After the fatigue performance and periodic performance test, the CFRP tendons are in integrity in the anchorage region. The fatigue performance and periodic performance are exceltent. The improved wedge-bond anchorage can anchor the used CFRP tendons efficiently with excellent capabilities of static and dynamic loading. As a result, the anchorage has potential engineering application.
