摘 要:目的了解钢网架结构的受力性能和破坏机理,提出加固方案保证其在雪荷载超载作用下不会出现大面积倒塌状况.方法利用有限元软件MSTCAD对辽宁地区某一个网架结构工程实例进行模拟分析,探讨该网架结构受雪灾破坏的原因,提出加固改造方法.结果通过选取在雪灾中最常见的4种工况组合,检测后得出在雪荷载超载情况下共有534根超应力杆和428根超长细比杆.而加固后同样的工况组合相同的受力情况则没有出现超应力杆和超长细比杆.结论MSTCAD能较好地分析网架结构的力学性能,两种加固方法降低了施工难度,缩短了施工时间.The paper aims to present the mechanical properties of steel truss structure and its failure mechanism, and propose strengthening project to ensure that it will not collapse largely under overloaded snow. The paper analyzes a space truss structure engineering in Liaoning with finite element software MSTCAD to dis- cuss the causes of its being devastated in the snowstorms, and proposes reinforcement and reconstruction methods. Choosing the most common four conditions in snow load combination, there are about 534 over stress and 428 over slenderness ratio in the overload circumstances after the examination. But after reinforcement and reconstruction, there is neither of them under the same condition. Finite element software MSTCAD has good analysis of mechanical properties in space truss structure. The two reinforcement methods can reduce the difficulty in construction and shorten the construction period.
