摘 要:目的研究不同钢管直径对T形钢管混凝土芯柱轴压力学性能的影响,分析试件的破坏形态及钢管、核心混凝土、外围混凝土的应力分布破坏情况.方法对3个不同钢管直径的T形钢管混凝土芯柱进行试验研究,在选择合理的材料本构模型的基础上,利用有限元软件建立3个试件的有限元模型并对其做轴压下的模拟.将3个试件的轴压极限承载力的试验值、模拟值、理论计算值进行对比.提取试件的破坏形态和钢管、核心混凝土、外围混凝土的应力、应变云图并进行分析.结果在研究的范围内,钢管直径越大,极限承载力越大.3个试件轴压极限承载力的试验值、模拟值比较接近,试件模拟的破坏形态与试验的破坏形态较吻合,明确了T形钢管混凝土芯柱的钢管、核心混凝土、外围混凝土的破坏机理.结论为全面研究T形钢管混凝土芯柱的力学性能打下了基础.The paper aims to study the different diameters of steel tube's influence on the mechanical properties of T-shaped concrete-filled steel tube core columns which is subjected to axial-compression and try to analyze the destroying shape of the specimens and stress distribution;destroying status of steel tube;inner and outer concrete. This paper presents an experimental work for three different diameters of T-shaped concrete-filled steel tube core columns. Based on rational constitutive model of materials, the study builds three finite element models of specimens and simulates them subjected to axial-compression. By contrasting the ex- perimental, simulated and theoretical value of the load-bearing capacity of three experiment objects, this paper intercepts pictures of destroy shape of the specimens and stresses and strain nephogram of steel tube, inner and outer concrete, and studies on them. The bigger the diameters of steel tube is, the bigger that the limited load-bearing capacity of specimens is. The destroy shape of the specimens in simulation agrees well with the destroy shape of the specimens in experimentation. Definitude the destroy mechanism of steel tube, inner and outer concrete in T-shaped concrete-filled steel tube core columns. It lays foundation for comprehensive study on mechanical properties of T-shaped concrete-filled steel tube core columns.
