摘  要:目的考察各层填料和微生物共同作用对水体中氮磷有机物的去除情况,分析原因和机理,为人工湿地填料的构建提供依据.方法在水力负荷0.65m3/(m2.d)下采用蠕动泵连续进水,每天对1~5取样口出水的氨氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮、磷酸根、COD进行监测,分析研究垂直流湿地中各填料层中的变化情况.结果经过两周的污水自然挂膜,湿地填料系统逐渐成熟,对氨氮和COD的去除率稳定在90%以上.而对磷的去除效果有很大地波动,由最初的90%降至0,甚至出现解析现象.结论人工湿地填料系统(微生物和填料)对氮和有机物去除较好,而对磷的去除有限,尤其是微生物对磷的去除贡献不大,沸石可以作为除氮的人工湿地填料,炉渣对磷的吸附虽有一定效果但不够持久.NH4 -N ,NO2- -N,NO3 -N,PO43 - ,COD removal effect of Sampling point 1 -5 was investigated and studied. When the hydraulic load was 0. 65 m3/m2. d by the peristaltic pump continuously, the causes and mechanism were analyzed, which provided the basis for the construction of constructed wetlands substrate. Constructed wetland system formed biofilm and substrates system tended to be mature during two weeks. The results showed that the removal rate of nitrogen and COD by the above system could reach 90%. The removal efficiency of phosphorus fluctuated strongly from 90% to 0,even desorption would appear. It could be concluded that the system contribute effectively to remove the nitrogen and organic material and especially microbe contributed less to the removal of phosphorus. Zeolite could be used as substrates to remove nitrogen in constructed wetland. Coal ash had some effect on adsorption of phosphorus but lack lasting effect.
