摘 要:目的探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和选择素E(sE-SLT)在小儿喘息性疾病发病中的作用以及相互联系。方法选择我院2005年9月~2008年9月收治的60例小儿喘息性疾病,分为毛细支气管炎组(A组)、哮喘性支气管炎组(B组)及支气管哮喘组(C组),每组各20例,选择同期市妇幼保健院健康查体儿童20例为对照组(D组)。4组均采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血清sICAM-1和sE-SLT水平。结果A、B、C组急性期血清sICAM-1、sE-SLT水平显著增高,与D组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.01);A、B、C组恢复期血清sICAM-1水平仍显著高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);恢复期A、B组血清sE-SLT水平与D组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),C、D组比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C组间两两比较,无论急性期还是恢复期sICAM-1和sE-SLT水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清sICAM-1和sE-SLT参与小儿喘息性疾病的免疫调节及发生发展过程,提示小儿喘息性疾病中存在共同的免疫机制及潜在的相关性。Objective To investigate immunoregulatory role of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and soluble E-selection (sE-SLT)for asthmatic disease in infants and its intrinsic link. Methods Serum levels of sICAM-1 and sE-SLT (September 2005 to September 2008) were measured by ELISA in 60 infants with asthmatic disease, who were divided into bronchiolitis group, asthmatic bronchitis group and bronchial asthma group, with 20 infants in each group and another 20 infants as healthy controls. Results During the acute phase of asthmatic disease, the levels of the serum sICAM-1 and sE- SLT showed significant difference when compared with that of recovery phase and controls(P 〈0. 01 ). During the recovery phase, all the levels of serum sICAM-1 in the three groups were higher than those in controls(P 〈0. 01 ). The levels of sE-SLT of bronchiolitis group and asthmatic bronchitis group showed no significant difference when compared with that of the controls (P 〉0.05), while those of bronchial asthma group were still higher than the controls (P 〈 0. 05). Acute phase of bronchiolitis did not show significant difference in the levels of serum sICAM-1 and sE-SLT(P 〉 0.05 ) when compared with that of recovery phase. Conclusion Serum sICAM-1 and sE-SLT are involved in immune regulation and development process of the Asthmatic disease in infants and hint that Asthmatic diseases in infants have common mechanisms and potential relevance.
