摘 要:目的探讨习惯性吸烟对血浆内重金属含量及DNA损伤的影响。方法随机选择湘南学院94名健康大学三年级男生,其中20名不吸烟者(对照组,C组);74名吸烟者。测定每个大学生血浆内汞、镉、铅及8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的含量。吸烟者按照吸烟数量分为E1组(≤20支/周)和E2组(>20支/周)。结果C组、E1组、E2组血浆中:(1)汞含量分别为(22±16)nmol/L、(36±18)nmol/L、(58±13)nmol/L,3组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)镉与铅分别为(0.012±0.008)μmol/L与(0.209±0.028)μmol/L、(0.020±0.010)μmol/L与(0.251±0.018)μmol/L、(0.031±0.013)μg/L与(0.272±0.032)μmol/L,3组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)8-OHdG分别为(204.2±28.5)μg/L、(354.8±36.1)μg/L、(517.1±19.7)μg/L,3组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(4)吸烟者吸烟指数与血浆中镉、铅及8-OHdG的含量均呈正相关(r值分别为0.65、0.52、0.74,P<0.05),吸烟指数与血浆中汞含量无相关性(r=0.20,P>0.05)。结论习惯性吸烟能够导致机体重金属的集聚性中毒,并且伴有机体DNA的损伤。随着吸烟量与吸烟时间的累积,这种有害效应的危险性也将显著增大。Objective To investigate the effect of habitual smoking on contents of heavy metals in serum and DNA injury. Methods Ninety - four healthy students were randomly chosen from third - year male students of Xiangnan University, ineluding 74 smokers, 20 nonsmokers (C group). The levels of mercury, cadmium, lead and 8 -hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8 - OHdG) in plasma were detected. Smokers were subdivided into groups E1 ( ( ≤20 cigarettes/week) and E2 ( 〉20 cigarettes /week). Results In groups C, E1, E2, the mercury levels were 22± 16, 36 ± 18, 58 ± 13 nmol/L, respectively, the difference was significant (P 〈0. 01 ) ; levels of cadmium and lead were 0. 012 ±0. 008 and 0. 209 ±0. 028, 0. 020 ±0. 010 and 0. 251 ±0. 018, 0. 031 ± 0. 013 and 0. 272 ± 0. 032 μmol/L, respectively, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ) ; 8 - OHdG levels were 204. 2 ±28.5, 354. 8 ±36. 1, 517. 1 ± 19.7 μg/L, respectively, the difference was significant (P 〈0. 01 ) ; smoking index was positively correlated with serum cadmium, lead, 8 - OHdG in smokers (r =0. 65, 0. 52, 0.74, respectively, P 〈 0. 05 ) , but not with mercury ( r = 0. 20, P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Habitual smoking can lead to assembled heavy metal poisoning, usually accompanied by DNA lesions, with the accumulation of smoking consumption and time, the risk of adverse effects will be increased obviously.
