摘　　要：分析了影响反射面精度的误差组合,针对其中关键的结构变形误差,提出了一种基于有限元分析的反射面变形数据采集计算方法。该方法利用EXCEL软件的数据分析功能,对有限元仿真软件的后处理功能进行了有益补充,最大限度地利用了软件双方各自的优点,提高了数据处理效率。通过对软件使用环节中难点问题的详尽剖析,并结合具体工程案例的讲解,展示了本方法良好的应用前景。This paper analyses the error form which determine reflector panel precision. In order to gain the important structural distortion value, a new data acquisition and computing method based on finite element analysis is proposed. This method takes advantage of the data analysis function of EXCEL, supplies the post-processor function of finite element analysis software, and enhances data processing efficiency through taking advantage of EXCEL and finite element analysis software. Some critical difficulties of using software are analyzed in detail with specific project cases. The application of this method is perspective.
