摘　　要：过去十年,我国高等教育实现了由精英向大众化的跨越。在取得这一成就的过程中,我们也付出了一定的代价:部分高校碰到的困难日益增多,毕业生就业问题日益严峻,办学质量没有相应提升,社会对高等教育的总体评价趋于下降。因此,我们有必要对我国高等教育进行深入反思。本文拟从考察我国高等教育大众化过程中弱势高校群体面临的困境入手,分析我国高等教育系统及其发展模式面对的挑战,并提出一些改进建议。In the past ten years, the higher education has realized the transcendence from the elite to the mass and its great achievements have attracted worldwide attention. While in the process of making achievements, we also pay much for it： some higher institutions are facing more and more difficulties; the problem of employment for graduates is getting worse; there＇s no relative improvement for the running-school quality; the society＇s overall evaluation of the higher education tends to decline. Therefore, it is a problem whether we need have a deep reflection on the higher education. This paper starts from the investigation on the plight of the weak colleges and universities in the process of mass higher education, analyzes the challenges from the development model of the higher education and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
