摘 要:使用高聚灰比的聚合物水泥来制备水性塑胶跑道,采用废旧橡胶颗粒增强其弹性制备跑道的弹性层,与EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)颗粒粘结制备跑道的防滑层,最终制备无毒无害、性能优良的水性塑胶跑道。试验结果表明,聚灰比为1.50、1.75,浆集比为0.25时,制得的跑道材料的邵氏硬度、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、回弹性和压缩复原率较佳,并分析了材料的优化机理。Water-borne plastic athletic track is prepared with polymer modified cement in high polymer-cement ratio, its elastic layer is prepared by the scrap rubber particles and its antiskid layer is prepared by bonding with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer). Finally, a nontoxic and harmless water-borne plastic athletic track of high performance is obtained. The results show that when polymer-cement ratio is 1.5 or 1.75 and the paste-aggregate ratio is 0.25,the shore hardness,tensile strength, elongation at break,resilience and compression set recovery of the prepared track are the best. At last,the material's optimizing mechanism is analyzed.
