摘 要:研究了环氧氯丙烷在碱性水溶液中的水解产物,考察了原料摩尔配比、反应温度和反应时间等对水解率的影响,讨论了其水解机理。结果表明,环氧氯丙烷在碱性条件下水解的主要产物是缩水甘油,其反应机理为亲核取代反应;水解条件对其水解率有显著影响,随着原料中水的摩尔比的增加、反应温度的升高和反应时间的延长,水解率显著提高,当原料中的环氧氯丙烷与水的摩尔比为1∶7,反应温度为98℃,反应时间为2 h时,水解率达到最大值99.6%。Hydrolysate of epichlorohydrin in alkali aqueous solution was studied, mole ratio of epichloro-hydrin to water, temperature and time were investigated in detail, the mechanism was discussed in this paper. The results show that hydrolysate of epichlorohydrin is glycidol, the mechanism is nucleophilic substitution, the influence of hydrolysis condition on the rate of epichlorohydrin is remarkable, and with the increase of mole ratio of epichlorohydrin to water, temperature and time, the hydrolysis rate of epichloro- hydrin has markedly enhanced. The temperature 98℃, hydrolytic time 2 h and the mole ratio of epichlo- rohydrin to water was 1 : 7. The hydrolysis rate was 99.6% in this condition.
