摘  要:研究了硼酸与六亚甲基四胺对线性酚醛树脂的交联反应。试验结果显示,当m∶m∶m=85∶10∶5时,经热压成型所得样品具有较好的力学性能;FT-IR分析显示,样品中已形成B-O-C键;TG分析表明,随着硼酸含量的增大,样品的失重率逐渐降低,大大提高了酚醛树脂的耐热性。The crosslinking reaction among boric acid, urotropine and linear phenolic resin was investigated. The results showed that the samples obtained by hot-pressing molding had good mechanical properties when the conditions were determined as follows: phenolic resin: boric acid: urotropine by weight = 85 : 10 : 5. FT-IR analysis showed that B-O-C bond had formed in samples. TG analysis showed that the weight-lossrate of the samples decreased with increasing of boric acid content, and the heat resistance of phenolic resin was greatly improved,
