摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法,以有机硅微乳液为种子乳液,合成核壳型的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯微乳液。系统研究了非离子乳化剂A、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D)用量对有机硅种子乳液的影响以及有机硅种子乳液用量对硅丙微乳液性能的影响。同时通过红外、透射电镜和热失重曲线表征了共聚物的结构及性能。实验结果表明,硅丙乳液的稳定性、成膜性和耐热性均明显优于纯丙,乳胶粒呈圆球状,平均粒径为81.2nm。Organo silicon-modified polyacrylate microemulsion with core-shell structure was sucessfully synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization with organo silicon microemulsion as seed emulsion. The effects of amount of nonionic emulsifier and octamethylcycoltetrasiloxane on organo silicon seed microemulsion and the effect of amount of organo silicon seed microemulsion on silicone-acrylic microemulsion properties were systematically investigated. The structure of copolymer was characterized by TEM, FT-IR and TG. The results showed that the acquired silicone-acrylic microemulsion has better stability ,film forming and heat resistance than polyacrylate emulsion,whose appearance likes a spherosome and average particle size is 81.2 nm.
