摘  要:为了评价40%氯噻啉水分散粒剂在稻田环境中的残留动态和环境安全性,2007年和2008年在北京和山东济南郊区进行了氯噻啉在水稻上的残留试验。两年两地的消解动态试验结果显示:氯噻啉在稻田环境中的消解均符合一级动力学方程。氯噻啉在北京稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的半衰期分别为2.35、7.87、7.83d,氯噻啉在山东济南的稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的半衰期分别为2.37、9.24、7.58d;最终残留结果显示:在推荐使用剂量下,收获的稻谷中氯噻啉的残留量均低于最大允许残留限量(MRL)0.5mg/kg,收获的稻谷食用是安全的。The purpose of this article was to study dissipation and residue of imidaclothiz in rice field ecosystem. The field trials including the dissipation and terminal residue were conducted in Jinan of Shandong province and Beijing during 2007-2008. The results showed that the dissipation dynamics of imidaclothiz in rice field samples all accorded with the one-level dynamics equation. In Beijng the half-lives of imidaclothiz on water, soil and plant were 2.35, 7.87 and 7.83 d, respectively. In Jinan the half-lives of imidaclothiz on water, soil and plant were 2.37, 9.24 and 7.58 d, respectively. Two-year and two-area results showed that the terminal residues in rice field samples were lower than MRL(0.5 mg/kg). When imidaclothize 40% WG was applied to the rice field ecosystem at the recommended dosaged, the rice harvested coule be sonsidered safe.
