摘　　要：采用液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法,流动相为乙腈-水-甲酸(体积比90∶10∶0.1),采用多反应监测模式(MRM),测定油菜和土壤中的烯草酮残留。结果表明:添加水平分别为0.01、0.05、0.1mg/kg时,测定回收率在90%～100%之间,相对标准偏差小于10%。An LC-QqQ-MS-MS（liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry） method for determination of clethodim was developed. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-formic acid（90：10：0.1, by vol） and the clethodim residues in rape and soil were detected in multiple reaction mode（MRM）. The results showed that, when the fortified level were 0.01, 0.05, 0.10 mg/kg, the recoveries were in the range of 90-100% and the relative standard deviation（RSD） were less than 10%.
