摘　　要：于辣椒6叶1心期,用日本园式营养液中加入0、50、1001、502、00 mmol/L NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理,处理后第5、10、15天测定光合速率、荧光参数、叶绿素含量。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增大和时间的延长,辣椒叶片净光合速率下降,叶绿素含量降低,初始荧光Fo升高、PSII最大光能转换效率Fv/Fm降低。Effects of NaCl on photosynthetic characteristic of Capsicum were studied in this paper. Compared with CK, with NaCl increased and treatment time delayed, net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll concent in leaves decreased： At the same time,origion fluorescence Fo increased and Maximal photosysyem Ⅱ efficiency Fv/Fm decreased.
