虎皮兰中4种重金属元素的含量测定

摘　　要：利用原子吸收法测定虎皮兰中的重金属元素含量。结果表明:虎皮兰中含有砷,铅,镉,汞等重金属元素,其中砷的含量为0.1406 mg/kg;汞的含量小于仪器最低检出限(0.0010 ng/mL);镉的含量为0.1199 mg/kg;铅的含量为0.2225 mg/kg。为进一步深入研究虎皮兰的营养价值及活性提供了科学的理论依据。By analyzising the content of the heavy metal elements in Sansevieria trifasciata by atomic absorption method. The result indicated that it contains the As,Pb,Cd,Hg and so on. The arsenic content was 0. 1406 mg/kg; the mercury content was smaller than the minimal limit of the atomic fluorescence instrument（0. 0010 ng/mL） ;the cadmium content was 0. 1199 mg/kg; the lead content was 0. 2225 mg/kg. The experimental result could make good use of Sansevieria trifasciata to go to further studies and application.
