摘　　要：我国的未成年人审判制度已经历了25年的发展历程。在我国的未成年人审判机构逐步建立和发展的过程中,探索出了圆桌审判、社会调查、暂缓判决等新的审判工作机制,基本上确立了以少年保护为主的理念。如何在总结地方法院成功经验的基础上,建立全国统一的未成年人审判制度是今后我国未成年人司法改革中的一个重要努力方向。The juvenile justice system has undergone 25 years of development in China. In the process of establishing and developing the juvenile judicial agencies, many new working mechanisms are explored, such as round-table trial, social investigations, suspending judgment and so on. At present, the protection concept has already been established basically. However, how to establish an integrated national juvenile justice system is an important development direction in the future in the reform ofjustice.
