政府促进高校毕业生就业的作用及其实现途径

摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生就业难的问题已引起社会的普遍关注,政府在促进高校毕业生就业中的作用日益凸显出来,如何恰当定位政府在高校毕业生就业中的作用是当前政府面临的一个主要问题。我国政府在促进高校毕业生就业中的主要作用体现为组织协调作用、规范监督作用、支持保障作用、计划调节作用、规划指导作用、岗位创造作用。我国政府促进高校毕业生就业的有效途径有努力发展经济、促进高校毕业生就业,进一步加大政府主管部门的调控力度,优化就业政策、保障大学生就业,规范就业市场、完善多元化就业服务体系,加强高校管理和评估干预、引导高校加快改革。In recent years, the weak employment of college graduates has received great attention from the society. Government is playing more and more important role in promoting the employment of college graduates and how to position its funtion has become the main issue for government itself. This paper analyzes the role palyed by the government to solve the graduate employment problem. Then it proposes five possible channels adopted by government to push forward the employment of college graduates, that is, to promote the economic development, put more effort on the regulation of the government authority, optimize employment policies, standadize the employment market and strengthen the management and assessment intervention of colleges and universities.
