摘  要:对PET生产系统酯化反应釜所存在的积垢进行了观察和处理。对积垢的组成和形成机理进行分析,指出酯化Ⅱ反应釜中所发现的积垢主要成分是SbPO4,将锑系催化剂与磷酸根类添加剂接触时间缩短可有效减少SbPO4的生成。通过工艺改进,保证生产系统正常运行。Observation and treatment was carried out on the deposition exist in the esterification reactor in PET production system. The composition and formation mechanism of the deposition was analysed. It was pointed out that the main component of the deposition exist in the esterification Ⅱ reator was antimony phasphate. By shortening the contact time between antimony catalyst and phasphate additive, the formation of antimony phasphate can be reduced effectively. Through the process improvement, the normal operation of the production system was guaranteed.
