大分子药剂PAPEMP在循环冷却水系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了PAPEMP系药剂配方在化纤厂循环冷却水系统中的应用情况。从水质情况如钙离子的控制、浓缩倍数的控制、总铁离子的变化、细菌黏泥情况,药剂情况、监测结果、经济分析等方面对PAPEMP药剂的应用效果进行了总结。连续应用8个月,该药剂在高浓缩倍数运行的循环水中表现出优异的缓蚀阻垢性能,取得了很好的应用效果。循环水钙离子质量浓度达到1 000 mg/L,浓缩倍数提高到5倍以上。The application of PAPEMP agent formula to circulating cooling water system im chemical fiber plant was introduced. The application effects of PAPEMP agent were conclude from the aspects such as the water quality conditions including the control of calcium ion, the control of concentration multiple, the change of total iron ion, the situation of bacteria slime, the agent situation, monitoring results and economic analysis. After continuous application for 8 months, the agent showed excellent corrosion and scale inhibition performance in the high concentration multiple operation circulating water. Better application results were obtained. The circulating water calcium ion mass concentration can reach 1 000 mg/L. The concentration multiple increase to more than 5 times.
