摘 要:通过对江苏盐城原生盐沼湿地表层水体的样品采集,进行分析测试,得出了该研究区域内Hg、As两种重金属元素的分布特征。Hg、As均在米草滩和泥螺光滩上的含量较高,其中Hg含量在每个潮滩上波动程度较大,而As含量的波动程度较小。采用单因子污染指数法,对Hg、As进行分析与评价,结果表明:各潮滩上表层水体中Hg、As的浓度都较低,均未超过地表水环境质量标准(GB3838-2002)中的Ⅰ类水标准;Hg的单项污染指数均小于1,其均值为0.160;As的单项污染指数均小于1,其均值为0.322,因而Hg、As重金属含量均未超标。According to the analysis and test of the water samples collected from the salt marsh surface water in Jiangsu Yancheng, the distributions of Hg and As in the region were found. The contents of them were higher in Spartinaalterniflora wetland and Bullacta exarata wetland than contents of Hg and As in others. The fluctuation level of Hg was large while the level of As was small in each wetland. Using the single factor pollution index method to analyze and evaluate the content of Hg and As, the results showed that the concentrations of them were all small, which didn't exceed class I of environmental quality standard for surface water (GB3838--2002). The single-factor pollution index of Hg was smaller than 1 and the average was 0. 160; the single-factor pollution index of As was also smaller than 1 and the average was 0. 322. Therefore, the water quality could meet the environmental quality stand-ard for surface water.
