摘　　要：如何合理利用能源,达到节能目的是当前迫在眉睫的问题。引入合同能源管理模式来加速各类具有良好节能效益和经济效益的项目的广泛实施是解决能源浪费的办法。本文针对城市生活垃圾焚烧中能源浪费的问题,深入探讨了合同管理模式与城市生活垃圾焚烧厂之间的能源管理与利用关系,并通过分析具体案例得出了利用合同能源管理模式来运行城市生活垃圾焚烧厂是可行的。Nowadays how to use the energy for energy-saving purpose is the current issues at stake. The introduction of the energy performance contracting, which can make implementations of various kinds of energy saving benefit and cost-effective projects wider, is a way to solve the energy waste problem. Exploring the management and utilization of energy between the EPC and municipal waste incineration plant in respect of energy waste problem in incineration plant. And through analysis of specific cases, it is concluded that the operation of the municipal waste incineration plant with EPC mode is feasible.
