甲状腺机能亢进对精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶、果糖及锌浓度影响

摘　　要：本文采用比色法和原子吸收光谱法测定了甲亢患者精浆内中性α-葡萄糖苷酶、果糖及锌的含量.结果表明:甲克患者精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶为18.88±7.31mU/ml,果糖为10.52±5.33μmol/ml,锌为155.80±88.71μg/ml,均低于正常值.由此可见,甲亢会影响附睾、精囊腺及某些微量元素的代谢.The neutral alpha -glucosidase activity,the contents of fructose and zinc in seminal vesicle of patients with hyperthyroidism were measured in this paper. The results showed:1. Neutralalpha -glucosidase activity was 18. 88±7. 31 mU/ml and lower than normal males (P<0. 01) ;2. The content of fructose is 10. 52± 5. 33 υmol/ml and lower than normal males; 3. The concentration of zinc was 155. 8 ± 88. 71 υg/ml and lower than normal males (P<0. 01). The results indicate that hyperthyroidism affects the function of epididymis and seminal vesicle.
