来曲唑联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察来曲唑(LE)联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍的临床疗效。方法:将符合多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍及中医辨证属肾阴虚型的60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用来曲唑配合中药治疗。对照组30例采用纯西药来曲唑治疗。1个月经周期为1个疗程,观察6个月经周期内2组月经、排卵、内膜和受孕的情况。结果:(1)月经及症状的改善情况:治疗组有效28例,无效2例;对照组有效22例,无效8例。(2)排卵情况:治疗组排卵率96.67%;对照组排卵率为93.33%。(3)内膜改善情况:治疗组A期60%,B期20%,C期20%;对照组A期30%,B期23.33%,C期46.67%。(4)受孕情况:治疗组妊娠率73.33%;对照组妊娠率为56.67%。结论:来曲唑联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍有良好疗效,能诱导单个优势卵泡的发育,无卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS),且受孕率提高。Objective:To study the clinical effects of the treatment of anovulation patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) by letrozole(LE) combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 60 anovulation patients in kidney-type of TCM were randomly divided into two groups,one treatment group and one control group.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with letrozole combined with traditional Chinese medicine while 30 patients in the control group were simply treated with letrozole.A menstrual cycle was a course of treatment.The menstruation,ovulation,endometrial,and pregnancy in the two groups were observed for six months.Results:(1) Menstruation and symptoms improvement: 28 cases in the treatment group were effective,and 2 cases ineffective;but in the control group,22 cases effective,8 cases ineffective.(2) Ovulation: the ovulation rate in the treatment group was 96.67%;the ovulation rate in control group was 93.33%.(3) Intima improvement: Period A,B,C in the treatment was 60%,20% and 20% respectively;Period A,B,C in the control group was 30.00%,23.33%,and 46.67% respectively.(4) Pregnancy: The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 73.33%;the pregnancy rate in the control group was 56.67%.Conclusion: Letrozole combined with traditional Chinese medicine shows a good curative effect on the treatment of the anovulation patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and can induce the development of a single dominant follicle,and improve the pregnancy rate.
