自拟六味清睛汤治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:覌察自拟六味清睛汤治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将5 0例2型糖尿病患者在治疗性生活方式调整及口服降糖药和胰岛素治疗的基础上,随机分为中西医治疗组和西医对照组。中西医治疗组加服自拟六味清睛汤治疗,西医组加用安多明治疗,4周为1个疗程,连用2个疗程,比较治疗前后视力及眼底病变情况。结果:2组治疗后比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在有效降低血糖的基础上,采用自拟六味清睛汤治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变有较好的防治作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients with self-made Liu Wei Qing Jing Decoction.Methods: 50 diabetes patients with type II were randomly divided into one treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and one control group of western medicine(WM),both based on the treatment of lifestyle adjustment and oral hypoglycemic agents and insulin therapy.The patients in the TCM group were added with the self-made Liu Wei Qing Jing Decoction while the patients in the WM group were added with An Dominicans.4 weeks was a course of treatment.The visual acuity and retinal lesions were compared before and after the treatment for two successive courses.Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group,showing the significant difference statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion: Liu Wei Qing Jing Decoction,on the basis of lowering blood glucose effectively,has a better preventive effect on the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients.
