降糖血康胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：采用薄层色谱法对降糖血康胶囊中的黄芪、地黄进行了定性鉴别;并采用甲醇热回流提取、正丁醇革取,大孔吸附树脂柱除去杂质,用薄层扫描法对黄芪甲甙的含量进行了定量研究。本方法的平均加样回收率为:97.6％,RSD为2.1％(n=5),具有较好的重现性和准确性,可作为该制剂内在质量的控制方法。Astragalus and Rehmannia in JIANGTANG XUEKANG capsule were identified qulitatively by thin-layer chromatography, and extracted by hot reflux of menthanol, and extracted again by n-butyl alcohol. The impurity was removed by macro-pore absorption resins column. The content of Astragaloside IV was studied qulitatively by thin-layer chromatography scanning. The rate of recovery of average add sample was 97.56%, RSD was 2.07% (n = 5).
