摘  要:系统采用HT1112单稳压纯正弦波逆变芯片,结合锁相环技术,选用SPCE061A凌阳单片机作为辅助控制器,设计并制作了一个光伏并网发电模拟装置。通过自制基于正弦脉宽调制技术推动的逆变电源系统,并采用数字电路实现大环路锁相,稳定输出频率及相位。本系统核心部分完全由硬件来实现,单片机部分用来监控整个系统的工作状态及实现保护功能,模拟市电电网部分也由单片机来实现。通过硬件和单片机之间的配合,实现了逆变电压输出,相位跟踪、频率锁定等技术,最终实现光伏并网发电。通过键盘输入、液晶显示形成人机交互界面,系统操作简便快捷,功耗低,性价比高,环保可复用,实现效果良好。This system uses a single regulator HT1112 pure sine wave inverter chip, combined with phase -locked loop technology, selection of SPCE061A Sunplus as an auxiliary controller, designed and produced a grid - connected PV simulator. With the self - sine pulse width modulation technology based on inverter - driven systems, and digital circuit to achieve large phase - locked loop, stable output frequency and phase was obtained. Core part of this system was implemented with hardware. Microcontroller used in part to monitor the work of the entire system status and achieve their protective function, analog electricity is also in part designed by the microeontroller. Through the interface between the hardware and microcomputer to achieve the inverter voltage output, phase tracking, frequency locking techniques, photovohaic power generation was achieved ultimately. Through the keyboard input, liquid crystal display to form human - machine interface, the system was easy and fast to operate, and low power consumption, cost -effective, environmentally friendly reusable were achieved.
