摘　　要：目的:探讨反复自然流产(RSA)患者妊娠组织中Survivin和PCNA表达的相关性及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测30例RSA患者和25例正常妇女早孕绒毛及蜕膜组织中Survivin和PCNA的表达。结果:RSA患者妊娠组织中Survivin和PCNA表达显著低于正常妊娠组织,且两者表达呈正相关。结论:Survivin表达下降可能是RSA发生的重要原因。Objective： To explore the correlation and clinical significance of Survivin and PCNA expression in pregnant tissues of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） . Methods ： The expression levels of Survivin and PCNA in villus and deciduas from 30 patients with RSA and 25 healthy pregnant women were deteeted by immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression levels of Survivin and PCNA in RSA group were significantly lower than those in healthy pregnant women, and there was a positive correlation between Survivin and PCNA. Conclusion： Decreased Survivin level may play an important role in the occurrence of RSA.
