摘　　要：随着我国高科技产业的发展,风险投资成为推动我国的科研成果商品化、高新技术产业化、高科技企业的成长发展的重要因素。风险投资是一种把资金投向蕴藏着高风险的高科技项目,旨在促进高科技成果尽快商品化,以取得高资本收益的投资行为。它也是高新技术产业化过程中的一个资金有效使用的支持系统,高新技术产业的发展离不开风险投资。本文主要研究了目前我国风险投资存在的问题,并提出发展和完善我国风险投资的策略。With the development of China＇s high-tech industries, venture capital into China＇s scientific research promotes the commercialization of high-tech industries, high-tech business growth and development. Risk investment is a kind of investment beharior which is putting money into high-risk high-tech projects to promote commercialization of high-tech achievements as soon as possible in order to achieve high capital gains of investment behavior. It is also the process of high-tech industry as a financial support system for effective use of high-tech industry, and can not develop without risk investments. It studies the current problems in China＇s venture capital and proposes to develop and perfect venture capital strategy.
