集团型企业现代物流业的发展路径探索——以珠三角某企业集团为案例

摘　　要：首先基于《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》,分析了现代物流业在珠三角产业调整中的地位和作用;其次从价值链角度分析了现代物流业与经济可持续发展的相互关系;然后,分析了珠三角企业集团发展现代物流的机遇和优势,并基于一个案例,分析了珠三角大型物流企业发展面临的问题以及解决途径。Logistics is a key industry in modern service section, in this paper, an analysis on its function and role in the industry structure adjusting process following the Reform and Development Outline for Pearl Delta （RDOPD） is carried out. Then, discuss the interior relations between logistics and economic sustainable development from the view of value chain. Thirdly the chances and advantages for developing logistics in large group Enterprises especially in the Pearl Delta are also discussed, which was based on a concrete case, showing the suitable developing path. Problems may be faced and the relevant polices could be adopted to tackle these problems.
