摘 要:采用差示扫描量热(DSC)、冲击试验和扫描电镜研究了不同分子量β晶型聚丙烯(β-PP)/纳米CaCO_3复合物在不同成核剂含量下的晶体含量和冲击强度。结果表明,随着成核剂含量的升高,不同分子量的复合物样品的冲击强度都呈先上升后下降的趋势,在0.1%(质量分数,下同)时都出现峰值,由低分子量PP为基体的样品冲击强度从3.5 kJ/m^2上升至9.1 kJ/m^2,提高幅度达160%,由高分子量PP为基体的样品从8.2 kJ/m^2上升至41.3 kJ/m^2,提高幅度达500%。β晶体含量对复合物冲击强度的贡献不大,但明显取决于PP的分子量及β晶体的形态。The effects of β-nucleating agent content on the impact strength were studied for β-phase in isotactic polypropylene (β-PP)/nano-CaCO3 with different molecular weight. There were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), impact testing and scanning electron microscope (SEM). With increasing the β- nucleating agent content, the impact strength of the samples were increased firstly and then had a downward trend in 0.1% when there were the peak values. The samples with low molecular weight PP matrix increased from 3.5 kJ/ m^2 to 9.1 kJ/m^2, reaching 160%. The samples with high molecular weight PP matrix increased from 8.2 kJ/m^2 to 41.3 kJ/m^2, reaching 500%. The influence of β-crystal content on the impact strength is not obvious, but the morphology of β-crystal and the molecular weight and distribution have an important.
