针刺配合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法采用针刺、关节松动术对90例(治疗组)肩周炎患者进行治疗,并设对照组76例予药物治疗,两组均配合功能锻炼,2个疗程后进行疗效对比观察。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为82.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎具有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus joint lysis in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Acupuncture and joint lysis were used to treat 90 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis （treatment group）. A control group of 76 patients were treated with medicine. Both groups performed functional exercises. The therapeutic effects were compared after two courses of treatment. Results After two courses of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 82.9% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus joint lysis has a marked therapeutic effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis.
