摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效。方法将60例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用三联疗法治疗,对照组采用针刺加痛点局部封闭治疗。治疗1个疗程统计疗效。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后体征积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者疗效比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三联疗法与针刺加痛点局部封闭两组疗效虽无明显差异,但三联疗法副反应小,患者易接受,可取代激素局部封闭疗法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of a triple treatment for transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra. Methods Sixty patients with transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group received a triple treatment and the control group, acupuncture plus pain spot block therapy. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course of treatment. Results There was no statistically significant post-treatment difference in the sign score between the treatment and control groups （P〉0.05） and also in therapeutic effect between the two groups of patients （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Although there is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between a triple treatment and acupuncture plus pain spot block therapy, the former has slight side effects, is easy for the patient to accept and can replace local hormone block therapy.
