电针治疗髌骨软化症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗髌骨软化症的疗效。方法将63例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例,治疗组采用电针内外膝眼穴治疗,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释剂,治疗结束后半月统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈率与有效率均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针膝眼穴治疗髌骨软化症疗效优于口服双氯芬酸钠缓释剂治疗。结果表明电针内外膝眼穴是治疗髌骨软化症的有效方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on chondromalacia patellae. Methods Sixty-three patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 31 cases. The treatment group received electroacupuncture at points medial Xiyan and lateral Xiyan and the control group took a sustained release preparation of diclofenac sodium orally. The therapeutic effects were evaluated at 15 days after the end of treatment. Results The cure rate and the efficacy rate were both higher in the treatment group than in the control group; there were statistically significant differences in both between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of electroacupuncture at point Xiyan is superior to that of an oral sustained release preparation of diclofenac sodium in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae. The results indicate that electroacupuncture at points medial Xiyan and lateral Xiyan is an effective way to treat chondromalacia patellae.
