摘　　要：资源共享是充分发挥资源效率的有效途径,但现有IT系统间的异构性和业务的独立性给系统集成造成了很大困难,针对上述问题提出基于面向服务构架(SOA)的集成服务规范,以实现业务和IT对齐,灵活应对业务变化。在保持各类服务资源网站异构性和独立性前提下,解决科学资源共享的集成问题。It is the most efficient way to make full utility of resources by sharing resource. But the differences among the heterogeneous IT systems and the independency of their transactions make the integration more difficult. Aiming at the problem,this paper proposes a service specification based on Service Oriented Architecture（SOA） to realize IT and business alignment and respond to the flexible business changes. Using this method can solve the scientific resource sharing problem and keep all kinds of resource Web sites heterogeneous and independent at the same time.
