摘　　要：针对双网融合(PSTN+ADSL/IP)可视电话的技术特点、电信运营业务要求及其应用推广面临的问题,提出适合电信区域划分与并网运营的双网融合通信业务寻址与交换设计方案,其基于双网融合的特点及PSTN号码业务定位,采用区域链路传播策略,利用PSTN线路进行认证的软交换。实践证明该交换体系安全可控,支持灵活的电信运营模式。Aiming at the features of current videophone technology,business operating requirements and the problems of videophone promoting,the design scheme of dual-network integration（PSTN＋ADSL/IP） communication services addressing and switch is proposed,which is suitable for telecom network division and regional carriers. It is a kind of softswitch technology,which is based on the features of dual-network integration and PSTN number of business location,the strategy that the region links disseminate and PSTN lines certification. Practice proves that the switch system is secure,controllable and flexible.
