碳热氯化歧化法炼铝的热力学分析

摘　　要：用碳热氯化歧化法对从含铝原料中炼铝过程进行了热力学分析,该过程分为三个步骤:首先,固态AlCl3在低温下升华得到AlCl3或Al2Cl6气体,升华气体经导气管进入高温反应器内;其次,Al2Cl6可能直接参与碳热氯化反应,也可能分解得到AlCl3气体,AlCl3再参与碳热歧化反应生成低价氯化铝AlCl;最后,AlCl在低温区歧解得到金属铝与AlCl3气体。实验结果表明:在12Pa^50Pa,353K^363K条件下,低温时固态AlCl3升华,得到的是Al2Cl6气体,而非AlCl3气体;升华得到的Al2Cl6气体进入高温区,在10Pa^100Pa,560K^615K时发生分解得到AlCl3气体;AlCl3气体参与了碳热氯化反应,而非Al2Cl6气体参与碳热氯化反应。In this paper, the thermodynamic of the process of producing aluminium by carbothemic- chloride reaction from alumina, carbon and AlCl3 has been carried out. The whole process is divided into three steps： firstly, AlCl3 solid sublime into Al2Cl6 or AlCl3 gas at low temperature, secondly, Al2Cl6 or AICl3 gas（Al2Cl6 decomposition）, AlCl3 and C take place carbothernic - chloride reaction and format AlCl at high temperature; thirdly, AICl disproportionate into Al and AlCl3 at low temperature. The results of the experiments shows that AlCl3 solid sublime into Al2Cl6 gas at 12Pa-- 50Pa and 353K--363K, Al2Cl6 decomposition into AlCl3 at 10Pa--100Pa and 560K--615K, AlCl3 gas, Al205 and C take place carbothemic- chloride reaction and format AlCl at high temperature.
