摘 要:通过对不同变质程度的两种煤所进行的CS2/NMP混合溶剂萃取与反萃取,实现了对煤中强黏结能力组分、弱黏结能力组分和不黏组分等族组分的分离.对各族组分进行了FTIR,GC/MS和黏结指数GR.I的分析测定,探讨了煤中黏结性的来源及形成机理.结果表明:不同变质煤的P4+P3族组分都具有极强的黏结能力,其GR.I值基本相同;有弱黏结能力的P1族组分的GR.I值大小则因煤种而有差异.决定煤黏结性大小的最主要因素是煤中的P4+P3族组分含量,其次是P1族组分含量,再其次是煤的变质程度(决定P1族组分的黏结能力大小).煤中的苯系列化合物、萘系列化合物、蒽与菲系列化合物和长链烷烃是煤黏结性的活性组分;它们有适度的分子结构和大小,使其在热解过程中主要生成胶质体液相;萃余煤具有大分子结构,热解时主要产生气相、焦油蒸汽和固相,不产生液相或液相很少.黏结性活性组分越多,热解时形成胶质体液相就越多,黏结能力也就越强.The separation of high caking property components, weak and non-caking property components was realized by extraction and stripping process with carbon disulfide and N-methyl-2-pyrorolidone mixed solvents (CS2/NMP) to two different rank coals. The analysis of FTIR, GC/MS and caking index GR.Iwere completed for each component. The origin and formation mechanism of coal caking property were investigated. The results show that the high caking property and almost the same GR. Ivalue are presented in P4 +P3 components separated from the two different ranks of coal. The GR.Ivalue of P1 component which has weak caking property varies with species of coals. The caking property of different rank coals mainly depends on the content of P4 +P3, fellowed by the P1, and the rank of coals (deciding the caking property of P1) had also less effect on it. The active components of coal caking property are consisted of benzene, naphthalene, the anthracene and the Philippine and their series compounds as well as long alkanes which the active components have moderate structure and size, and could be translated into liquid plastic mass during pyrogenation. The residues which have macromolecular structure give birth to gas, tar vapor, solids and little liquids. The more the caking active corn-ponents in coals have, the more the liquid plastic mass could be produced during pyrogenation, and the stronger the caking property will be.
