Influence of Mining Velocity on Dynamic Disasters in the Coal and Rock Mass at a Fully Mechanized Mining Face

摘  要:采用实验室实验、数值模拟和现场实测的综合研究方法,研究了加快推进速度对综采面围岩应力场、破坏场分布及透气性的影响,揭示了综采面推进速度对煤岩动力灾害的影响规律.研究表明:综采面推进速度增加,围岩的加载速度随之增加,煤体的强度、脆性增加但韧度降低;推进速度增加,水平应力和垂直应力均增大,应力峰值位置距工作面煤壁距离减小,同时煤层塑性卸压区范围减小,透气性降低,瓦斯压力梯度增大,推进速度过快不利于岩爆、冲击地压及煤与瓦斯突出等动力灾害的防治.因此,高瓦斯工作面的推进速度不宜过快,突出煤层的正常推进速度不宜超过10m/d,在突出威胁区和突出危险区应小于7m/d.Laboratory experiments, in-situ field measurements and simulations were used to study how mining velocity affects the distribution of stress and failure zones in surrounding rock and the permeability of the coal. Results show the ductility of the coal decreases while its strength and friability increase as the mining velocity increases. At the same time the loading of the surrounding rock is improved and the horizontal and vertical stresses increase. The distance between the face and the location of the peak abutment pressure also decreases. The gradient in gas pressure increases but the permeability of the coal and rock mass decreases. Excessive mining velocity is contrary to the prevention and control of dynamic disasters. An appropriate velocity in seams susceptible to outburst is ten meters a day. However, the velocity should be less than seven meters per day in threatened or dangerous zones.
