高温、振动复合应激对人体直肠温度的影响

摘　　要：在实验室模拟条件下，我们探讨了单一高温及高温、振动复合应激对人体直肠温度的影响。结果显示，低频振动、高温复合应激比单一高温应激对直肠温度影响大，尤其当振动强度达0．3g时。提示采取必要的防护措施有利于保障飞行员的健康。Under the simulated conditions in the laboratory,effects of heat stress alone and the combiriedstress of heat and low frequency vibration on rectal temperature were observed.The results showedthat the combined stress,especially when the acceleration reached 0. 3g,was more influential on therectal temperature than the heat stress alone. It suggested that in order to keep pilot healthy,it isnecessary to take protective measures.
