摘　　要：炎症及炎症因子与冠心病的关系是目前研究的热点,促炎与抗炎因子平衡失调在冠心病发病中的作用亦引起国内外学者的关注,这为冠心病的防治及中医药干预提供了新思路和角度。本文就促炎与抗炎因子在冠心病研究中的应用进展进行论述。The study of the relationship between inflammation, inflammatory cytokines and coronary heart disease （CHD） has become a hot spot. The disequilibrium of pro- and anti-inflammation cytokines tempts the attention abroad and domesticly, and this provides a new way to prevent and treat CHD in Chinese medicine. This paper disscused the research progress of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the study of CHD.
