摘  要:为实现核岛大型铸锻件的国产化,在保证质量的条件下实现批量化生产,不仅需要制造厂在制造技术上进行创新,还需要成功完成核岛大型铸锻件制造工艺的技术评定。通过对目前国内制造工艺评定技术现状、评定工作的重要性和可行性进行分析,明确了核岛重要部件工艺评定范围。深入了解工艺评定对核岛主设备国产化具有重要意义。To realize the localization of nuclear island (NI) large-sized casting and forging parts and ensure quality in batch manufacture process, the innovation on manufacture technique should be done by manufacture, and the manufacture process qualification of NI large-sized casting and forging parts should be fulfilled. The present manufacture process qualification assessment technique, importance and feasibility of qualification assessment and qualification assessment range of nuclear island importance parts in china are introduced. Realizing process qualification assessment has important meaning to the domestic of nuclear island equipment.
