摘 要:针对传统机械加工方法制造前轴弹簧板导致产品强度下降的问题,提出了先整体夹紧后压平的弹簧板精整工艺。在此基础上对弹簧板局部形状进行了优化设计,有效降低了最大成形载荷;通过有限元模拟,进一步研究了整形温度、摩擦系数对最大载荷的影响规律,为此类零件的局部精整工艺制定提供了理论参考。Aiming at the problems such as strength degradation in spring block of fi'ont axle made by conventional machining process, a new finishing process, which was pressed after overall clamping, was proposed. In order to reduce the maximum forming load, the part shapes of spring block before finishing were optimized. Then the FEM simulation was applied to study the influence of friction factor and initial forging temperature on maximum forming force, which provided reference on finishing process for similar parts.
